This product is an 81-pin BGA (Ball Grid Array) miniature optical transceiver module configured with 4 transmit channels (4Tx) and 4 receive channels (4Rx). It operates at 3.3V and features a wide operating temperature range from -55℃ to 85℃. The module supports data transmission rates from 1 Gbps up to 10.3125 Gbps.

The module utilizes a miniaturized BGA package, offering high density and reliable soldering characteristics. It is equipped with a 12-channel MT or MPO connector and supports customizable pigtail lengths to accommodate various cabling requirements.

As a solution for high-speed I/O data interfaces, this module is available with an optional 850nm multimode laser and receiver. It is specifically designed for short-distance applications over multimode fiber (MMF), with a maximum transmission distance of up to 100 meters.
