C-LIGHT Pre/After-sale Service and Technical Support

 

C-LIGHT engineers to coordinate sales staff to provide customers services as follows:
 

1) update on C-LIGHT new products Monthly.
 

2) Provide related products pre-sale instructions and recommendations according to customers’ demands in no more than two days.  
 

3) Confirm related products specifications and privatization deals according to customers’ orders requirements within two days.
 

4) Follow up the usage of products monthly after delivery and make a written report after the sale.
